Served on Saturdays and Sundays from 11:30 a.m. until 3 p.m., the Moonshine Supper Club offers diners a two-course mix and match option with or without cocktails. The offerings here are elevated takes on classic brunch favorites such as avocado toast made with roasted peppers, tomato, and queso fresco or ricotta doughnut holes topped with a drizzle of pistachio honey. Entrees on the menu include eggs Benedict, French toast, chicken and waffles, and mac and cheese.

Short Grain, Jersey City, NJ

Short Grain focuses on a selective brunch menu with some Asian-inspired flavors. For example, the menu features Green Eggs and Spam as well as avocado toast made with feta, lemon, and pickled onions. Other flavorful dishes include lemon ricotta hotcakes and pastries from Balthazar Bakery. To accompany your meal, opt for a Vietnamese-style cold brew coffee or a matcha latte.

The Hills Tavern, Millburn, NJ

Enjoy a cocktail brunch at the Hills Tavern with their Lychee Mimosa or Eyes Wide Open. Robin's Nest Restaurant, Mount Holly, NJ

Offered on Sundays from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m., the brunch menu at Robin's Nest Restaurant is one to linger over with one or more of their great brunch cocktails.
