So I love theater! Now I have been to the papermill a bunch of times and the state theater twice. Now the performances are fantastic but I feel the quality of the state theater is far out ranking. Seats are comfortable and staff is friendly. I almost never get food but the popcorn is really really good ! I purchased season tickets after my last show.

The State Theatre is a performing art center which attracts a variety of artist. There is sufficient metered parking on the street but, you are better off parking at the numerous parking garages for a small fee. This way you can get an early or late bite to eat and drink to me your budget. The theatre is the right size to see the performers. They have renovated the theatre and seats are comfortable. Many famous performers have appeared here.

One of the best live performance venues on the east coast. There is a bar on both floors. A lot of nice restaurants nearby. It's not too far from the train station or bus stops. It can hold about 1,800. Especially check the Broadway series if you 're into musicals. The NJSO regularly performs there always a good time

We absolutely LOVE The State Theater New Jersey! This was a picture from our most recent visit. We saw The Wizard Of Oz. It was one of the best shows I have ever seen! This theater is top notch!

It's an historic place. During the summer they show free movies for the kids. I think it's a great idea.
