It's a cute little place in Asbury Park. Very hipster, and super laid-back. They don't have many tables at all, I think it counted around 8 tables and 3 booths, give or take a couple. So if you're interested in going you should definitely reserve a table. I ordered the steak and eggs and potatoes cooked in duck fat and let me tell you it was superb. I highly recommend this to anyone in Monmouth County looking for a great brunch spot without breaking the bank. it's a must !!
Mouth watering smells from the open kitchen hit you as you walk in the door... Whimsical decor, attention to every detail, friendly staff, homemade everything. Perfectly homemade ice tea with simple syrup, fresh squeezed juices, pastries made daily (my daughter had the lemon cream pastry and said it tasted like heaven). The dishes are unique takes on classics done masterfully. I had the SXSW and my daughters had the French toast. Will stop back every time we visit the Jersey Shore! I would give this an extra star if I could!!!
The rosewater ricotta pistachio toast is a must! Very delicate and refreshing. They are known for their chicken and waffle dish which is a combo of sweet and savory ingredients. For me it was a little too sweet, but I am a savory fan. Everyone else in my party completely enjoyed this dish. Service is outstanding. Our waitresses was very knowledgeable in how menu items were assembled and very attentive. Environment is nice and a little romantic in the booth area with fresh flowers and dim lighting.
Brunch is BYOB and extremely delicious. Two bottles of champagne paired well with all the food. Check out the weird hash, chicken and waffles, and Gravlax!
Great place.super friendly and accommodating staff.waitress came outside with water for dog on a humid morning for the couple sitting next to me without them even asking.and our breakfast was superb.thumbs way up?
