- For guests who checked-in Friday, enjoy Breakfast in Hemingway's Restaurant
- Saturday Evening: "The Party Starts" with a 3 Course Dinner (select Braised Short Ribs OR Stuffed Flounder) Then It's Non-Stop Dancing And Partying All Night Long With Our House Band & Disc Jockey in the 5th Floor Penthouse Ballroom

- Sunday Evening: "The Main Event" New Year's Eve Celebration in our 5th Floor Penthouse Ballroom!
